What is Neurological Physiotherapy?
Neurological Physiotherapy is a form of rehabilitation that focusses on improving the function of the nervous system in individuals facing physical limitations as a result of a neurological condition or impairment. By harnessing neuroplasticity, the inherent capability of the brain to adapt and forge new pathways, neurological physiotherapy aims to optimise movement efficiency, improve physical function and independence, and mitigate potential complications or decline. This is achieved through personalised assessments and treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
